Guild Structure UPDATE

I'd like to introduce Absolution's new ranking/recruitment system. It's a work in progress, but the gist of it is that the ammount of points you have will decide what rank you are eligible to fill. It'll be sort of like a refer-a-friend system. At each mark you'll be given the option to remain at your current rank, or choose between any of the ranks offered at that "level".

So, say you're at 30 points, but you don't want the responsibility of being a Co-GM due to lack of time or interest. Or you don't meet the requirements/conditions to be a Co-GM. In that case, you can choose the "Veteran" Rank.

For every player that one recruits into the guild, they will be awarded 1 point.

At 0-5 points: Initiate (Basic member, no permissions)

At 5-10 points: Option #1 Wingmaster/Wingmistress (official recruitment officer // permissions to add and award points) Option #2 Mentor (Permission to add and award points, in charge of helping and teaching new recruits and new players) At 20-30 points: General (In charge of events, recruitment, with some basic officer's permissions) Guard (Title only // Permissions to recruit)

At 30 points: Co-Guildmaster/Co-Guildmistress(Most permissions granted // Conditions apply for this) Veteran (Title only. Co-guildmaster, but no conditions therefore no executive permissions)

Conditions for Co-Guildmaster/mistress

-Played Istaria for minimum 6 months

-Minimum level 100 adventure

-Must provide a means of contact with the GM
